SCALED WOMEN Athletes entering Scaled Women should be comfortable completing: * Power-bag movements at 10kg * Deadlift movements at 40kg * Dumbbell movements at 10kg * Standard bodyweight movements * Row/Ski erg work * Assault Bike * Running Athletes should have a good general level of fitness and be able to complete the listed movements safely and consistently.
